Do you offer any free shipping?

We offer free shipping to U.S. and Canada over $60CAD. A number of our countries are ALSO eligible for free shipping if you spend over $125CAD. Check the charts below to see if you're eligible.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Our processing times are currently between 5 and 7 business days (meaning orders are ONLY worked on from Monday to Friday of every week).

I preordered a product. How long until I receive it?

Typically, we run a six week span in which you can preorder products. After the conclusion of that period, your orders should go out as usual, barring an overwhelming surplus of matters that complicates matters.
